Returns and Refunds

Most of our customers are satisfied with the quality of our products and keep coming back. And we want you to be satisfied as well. We will be happy to accept returns and refund your money if you do not like our products.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please send us an email at contact@garmentlot.com with purchase order number to get a RMA number that will help up process your refund faster. Once you have received RMA number from us, please send the return to following address with RMA number as shown below:

Refunds are credited to your original method of payment (i.e., credited back to credit card that was used at the time of purchase).

Please note that there is a 20% restocking fees only if the product has been opened from its original packing.

It may interest you to know that once the products are open from its original packaging, the items become worthless and we cannot sell them again. We take a 100% loss on such returns. 20% restocking fees only covers our cost of operations and ecommerce cost.

How to Pay

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and other major credit cards and debit carts.

We can't accept cash or money orders. Our online credit card payment mechanism is secure and encrypted to protect your privacy. Shop with confidence!

Shipping

We use FedEx and USPS, depending on your choice, to ship your orders. Orders are usually ship within 1 business day, unless an item is out of stock as description states on the website.
